MD Educational Trust is committed to transparency and fairness in its refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following carefully before enrolling in any course or making any payments.
1. A student may request a cancellation of their course enrollment before the commencement of the course.
2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through an official request form at the Trust’s office.
3. Once a course has started, cancellation requests will not be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
1. Before Course Commencement: If a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course starts, 90% of the paid fee will be refunded (10% deduction for administrative charges).
2. Within the First Week of the Course: If a cancellation request is made within the first 7 days of the course, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded.
3. After the First Week of the Course: No refund will be provided once the first 7 days of the course have passed.
1. Fees for workshops, seminars, and short-term training programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by MD Educational Trust.
2. If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their seat to another person with prior approval.
1. Online course fees are non-refundable once login credentials have been provided.
2. In case of technical issues that prevent access to course materials, students may request technical support or, in rare cases, a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
MD Educational Trust may consider refund requests under exceptional cases, such as:
All exceptional refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of the management will be final.
1. MD Educational Trust reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or other operational reasons.
2. In case of course cancellation by the Trust, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded.
3. If a course is rescheduled, students may opt for a full refund or transfer their enrollment to a later batch.
1. Any disputes regarding refunds or payments must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.
2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 working days through the original payment method.
